Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Under UK law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty goods.


Change of mind / unwanted items
As a small business, we do not accept returns for change of mind or unwanted items. We kindly ask that you check all details carefully before placing your order. If you order something by mistake, please let us know. 


Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.


Additional notes
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
